Instructions:

Marinate the Paneer: In a bowl blend yogurt and ginger-garlic paste, season with turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt and squeeze in lemon juice. Add the paneer cubes into the marination where they will be well coated. Soak it in the marinade for at least an hour to let the taste blend evenly.

Prepare the Skewers: Depending on the marination of paneer, soak the wooden skewers in the water so that they do not burn during the process. The marinated paneer cubes should be soaked well.
