We people travel in so many trains but have you ever travelled in a train, where you are treated just like Maharaja. The Maharaja’s Express is a luxury train owned and operated by Indian Railway Catering Tourism Corporation. It was voted as ‘The World’s Luxury Train” thrice.
It is the most expensive train in Asia as it tickets cost between Rs 25 lakhs to 15 lakhs but with that you will get luxury treatment in it as well. Plates that are used in train is of gold and cost around Rs 35,000.
It comprises 23 carriages and it is equipped with modern amenities to offer comfortable on board experiences to the guest such as live television, wifi, attached bathroom, dinning cars, lounge and shops. #Have a Maharaja experience.
