Actress Divya Seth Shah’s daughter Mihika Shah who was the granddaughter of legendary actress Sushma Seth passed away on Monday. Though its cause of death is still unknown, some media are reporting that she died due to fever and seizure.

The bad news was posted by Divya on social media on the Tuesday. Hoping on Facebook status, Divya said My dear friends, with deep sadness, I must tell you that our dear sister Mihika Shah is no more; she passed away on August 5, 2024. Divya signed the message by herself and her husband Siddharth Shah. By this, she did not reveal the cause of her daughter’s death in the note that she has written.
According to a report presented on India Today television it was said by a source that first Mihika was down with fever and later she had a seizure. The family is still mourning the loss of their daughter and are still in a state of shock. The family has set August 8 to have a prayer meeting.

Only the week before, Divya had posted a picture on Instagram with all the female members of her family – the three generations. In the picture, she is seen alongside her daughter dressed in green outfit and her mother dorned in red fabrics.
Divya Seth has acted in some of the movies like Jab We Met, Dil Dhadakne Do, Article 370. She has acted in a number of old television serials including Banegi Apni Baat and Dekh Bhai Dekh. They claim that she was still in school and she wanted to keep her life out of the public domain. She was the granddaughter of a senior actor Sushma Seth and like her mother, she was quite versatile she was seen doing some films like Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham. .. Some of the super hit films are Chal Mere Bhai, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Nagina, and Student of the Year.
