PM Modi recently launched ‘Imprint India’ to encourage technical intuitions to conduct their own research. It is a joint initiative by IIT and IISC that will focus on affordable technology across sectors.
This initiative came after the complaint was lodged by scientists and researchers about red tape as a hindrance for research.
