In the thick of talks about the cabinet reshuffle, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday analyzed the performance of ministers in spending the allocated budget and number of schemes implemented in the last two years.

He also asked the ministers to alter the schemes so that it benefits the masses. The meeting lasted for four hours.Top bureaucrats had made a power point presentation of over 100 slides.
Modi wanted to view that the schemes mentioned during the election campaign are implemented in true spirit so that no one gets a chance to accuse the government.
He was satisfied with the schemes implemented by various departments, and said that there is no need to introduce new schemes and that previous ones should be altered.
The review of ministers can be termed as a “report card” which was asked by their party head. Amidst all this, the ministers denied the reports of cabinet reshuffle.
