Foreign Account Revealed
After lot of discussions and statements amongst the ruling party and Congress, finally the government has disclosed the list of black money holders. The names were revealed in Supreme Court on Monday.
According to BJP, the names were revealed after proper analysis and all the laws were followed. The party further added that more names will soon be divulged once the investigations are complete.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that the list only comprises of the names of those against whom strong evidence was found by the authorities. India has remained very careful on the bilateral trades and has made sure that it does not violate them.
The three names that were revealed in the list were Pradip Burman, Pankaj Chimanlal and Goa miner Radha Timbo and five of the directors working in his company.
Pradeep Burman is a Dabur India promoter and Pankaj Chimanlal Lodhiya is a bullion trader. An Affidavit of 16 pages was filed in the Apex Court by the Government.
Already a war was launched between the parties on the issue and for that reason the Modi Government does not want to take any wrong step. The government is trying to understand how to extract information from other countries without compromising on treaties.

Pradip Burman, one of the account holders, according to the government is himself an engineer whose family resides in Kaushambi near Capital.
According to the government, Indians are allowed to have an account abroad so they can’t call every account illegal. They have only disclosed the names after the investigation.
Soon after the disclosure of the names in Apex court, Burman said that the account is opened there with all legal requirements.
On the other hand Lodhiya denied holding any account in Swiss bank, while Radha Timbo did not comment on her name being mentioned in the affidavit.
The government will reveal more names once the investigation gets complete.
