Rashtriya Janata Dal Cheif Minister and former Cheif Minister Lalu Prasad has said that caste is centre of Bihar politics and biggest star as well.
He further said “You cannot ignore it because it is reality of India.”
Earlier the Election Commission had summoned him over his alleged casteist remarks in a public address.
