High threat alert in Brussels today!
Belgium Prime Minister, Charles Michel said that Brussels will remain at the top possible height of Security alert due to fear of a possible Paris attack in the city. The street lights in the city turn off to give it a deserted look as security forces patrolled everywhere in the city providing safety to people.
The metro service and schools in the city will be affected and will remain close today after the authority raised the alert level from three to four days.
The capital city Brussels has been the centre of the Paris attack investigations after it emerged that two of the suicide bombers involved in the attacks had been living in the country.
