22- year- old Tina Dabi is the UPSC topper 2015; a Delhi Student,who has made the entire city proud as she passed with flying colours.

Tina was a student of Lady Shri Ram College for women under Delhi University. Last year Ira Singhal topped this examination and she was also a Delhi University student.
After her achievement, she has decided to join Haryana Cadre and work towards gender equality in the state, which is plagued by gender discrimination.
She gave her family the entire credit of her success, and told that it’s their sacrifices that today she scored that well.
Her father Jaswant Dabi said that she has always been an obedient child and he is unable to define the happiness she has given to the entire family.
Tina is a good debater with a penchant for Madhubani paintings. She has studied political science and graduated in 2014. She is first in the family of engineers to join civil service, since school she studied eight hours a day and read at least three newspapers.
