National commission for women under its draft ‘Assisted Reproductive Technology’ bill has suggested to allow single women whether, divorced or unmarried to become surrogate mothers on Thursday.
Apart from it, NCW also put another proposal forth of banning surrogacy services in India for people of Indian origin living overseas.
