Finally, Kerala government revealed its first transgender policy to end the social stigma towards the sexual minority group and ensure them respect.
This policy ensures all the fundamental rights to transgender including right to opportunities, equal treatment under law etc.
The policy also stated that justice board for transgender with state minister will be formed for the social justice.
