Deputy Mayor of Bhojpur Basant Singh was out for a stroll on Wednesday morning at 5 a.m when he was shot by two unidentified men on a bike. This incident took place in Arrah, Bihar.

Singh told ANI – “I went for my regular morning walk. Two people on a motorcycle fired two shots. I thought a tyre had burst. Then I felt pain and realized that I was shot. I don’t have any grudges against anyone. But I intervene to get justice for poor.

Further details about the shooters have not been found and the police are working on it.
