Dalljiet Kaur confirms lodging FIR against NRI husband in Mumbai amid cheating allegations: ‘I am heard and safe’
Amidst rumors of an extramarital affair, TV actor Dalljiet Kaur and her estranged husband Nikhil Patel have been in the news. The Kenyan company just arrived in Mumbai a few weeks after he threatened to sue Dalljiet for her allegedly adulterous social media posts that suggested he had an affair. Currently, Dalljiet has made a lengthy message on Instagram regarding filing a FIR against Nikhil, amid rumors that they are divorcing.

The actor posted on Instagram on Sunday, sharing her recent “experience of lodging FIR.” In her letter, she expressed her gratitude to the Mumbai Police, writing, “Joint Commissioner of Police Anil Paraska, you are truly amazing. Thank you.” I appreciate the AGRIPADA Police Station’s efficiency and kindness. Your swift reply gave me the assurance that I am safe and heard.”
“The Deputy Commissioner of Police Krishnakant Sir listened to me patiently,” Dalljiet continued. Yogendra Pache Sir, the Senior Inspector of the Agripada Police Station, quickly listened to the whole details of the situation. I was shocked to learn that we were being given water to help us relax, and we felt really comfortable telling the truth right away. Sir noticed that I was shaken by all that was happening, so he made my father and I feel extremely comfortable. The entire FIR was then handled by Investigating Officer Sachin Shelke Sir with such grace and understanding. Lady Constable was in the room with me the entire time I was filing, giving me her presence.” She further said – “I am convinced now that the Indian Police will empower you when you are on the right side of law and are on the side of truth,” the actor said in closing. I now understand that women are safe in our nation.
