Some of the remarkable features include being the highest hotel lobby, the highest restaurant, the highest nightclub, and the highest hotel room. And with this, it also sets new dimensions for luxury hospitality. This seven-star hotel will capture the essence of opulence, where cultural inspirations are woven into its designs. Accompanying this is residences, penthouses, holiday homes, wellness centers, and a vertical shopping mall, all under one roof.

An engineering wonder with unique challenges
Unlike the Burj Khalifa, the Burj Azizi is a mixed-use building that encompasses residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. This complexity requires multiple entrances to be provided for smooth access to the different zones, including an adrenaline zone with a specific feature allowing visitors to feel like they are actually living “in the clouds.”
The engineers are dealing with these issues by optimizing the building core-a space that houses essential elements, elevators, egress stairs, and mechanical rooms.

While awe-inspiring in terms of verticality, the tower further adds to engineering challenges. The base measures merely 57m x 57m, making it one of the narrowest skyscrapers worldwide at such a height. To counter the resistance from the wind and gravity loads, the foundation system extends 70 meters deep—in fact, much deeper than the Burj Khalifa’s foundation. AE7 has teamed up with experienced people from the Burj Khalifa project to create state-of-the-art wind tunnel testing for the structural stability of this tower.

Luxury at Unmatched Levels
Burj Azizi is going to be an epitome of luxury and amenity. The seven-star hotel in the tower will consist of 250 suits with magnificent views, some banquet halls, and fine dining options. The seven-floor vertical mall is going to offer exclusive shopping experience. The beach club and the luxury ballroom are going to support the social elite.

Its LED light show will be its hallmark feature, lighting up the Dubai skyline at night, turning this tower into a visual phenomenon. The fact that it would be the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road would add more ‘juice’ to its attraction for both investors and buyers.

Styling Tomorrow’s Skyscrapers
Burj Azizi is more than a declaration of the ambition of Dubai-it’s a giant step in architectural innovation. From its record-breaking features like the world’s highest nightclub to intricate design addressing structural challenges, it represents the future of skyscraper engineering. When completed, it will stand as a global icon and present an unparalleled luxury and immersive experience redefining living and leisure.

By 2028, when it will be complete, Burj Azizi would signify the zeal of the land in never-ending pursuit for excellence – innovation, luxury, and sustainability, all mingled in one majestic edifice. This wonder would soon be a dream of the world and would set Dubai as the city of impossible achievements.
