According to reports, WhatsApp can rollout Enterprise service this year. One of the biggest messaging apps is working on structured messages for businesses. The company is expected to test this feature in coming months. The new feature will enable businesses to send direct messages to over one billion Whatsapp users. As per sources, this new feature is expected to go live later this year.
Here are few things you need to know about the upcoming new feature:
• As per reports, twitter tipster WABETA info has dug into whatsApp’s code to find references to structured messages for business and enterprise.
• Notably, the tipster has noted that whatsapp could use the same JSON files concept that Facebook uses to manage its structured messages

• WhatsApp Enterprise could launch soon and businesses would be able to send messages to their targeted audience directly by whatsapp. These messages would reach the user via- in- flight notifications, and could be disabled if user so prefers. Though no official announcement has been regarding the feature, but yes, the company will launch this feature sooner or later
• According to reports, Whatsapp has said that it wants to keep the service free of ads. Notably, the messaging app has even updated its Terms of Services to announce that this feature will be tested in coming months with a specific audience
The Terms and Conditions of page read, “We will explore ways for you and businesses to communicate with each other using Whatsapp, such as receipt, transaction, order, and appointment information. We do not want you to have spammy experience; as with all your messages, you can manage these communications.”
