Samsung on Friday informed that it will suspend the sales of Galaxy Note 7 because reports of exploding batteries is becoming threat for the reputation of South Korean giant.
The mobile chief said that the company will offer new devices to all those who have already bought the large- screen smartphone.
According to reports, the company has confirmed that the Note 7 which was officially launched on August 19 had battery cell problem.
Notably so far the company has sold one million units of Note 7 in countries including South Korea and the US.
