Moto E3 power available for sale in Hong Kong

Motorola has recently officially started selling the new version of its budget smartphone, E3 in Hong Kong. Moto E3 is considered an upgrade over the E3 with the focus entirely on offering a better battery life.

Motorola E3 Power has a design which is very similar to the one found on E3, aesthetically they are indistinguishable. Moto E3 itself has borrowed its design cues from its fourth generation Moto G.

Like E3, Moto E3 Power comes with a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, there is also a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with the 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.

Coming to its camera, Moto E3 comprises an eight-megapixel primary camera with an auto-focus and LED flash. The smartphone also has a 5MP front camera which should further appeal to those looking at a selfie camera.

Moto E3 Power is backed by a 3,500mAh battery as opposed to 2,390mAh one found in the Moto E3.

According to reports, Moto E3 Power is currently available for sale in Hong Kong and also supports dual SIM and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

While considering Motorola’s track record with Android updates, there is a possibility of this one getting Android 7.0 Nougat update very soon.

Moto E3 Power also supports 4G LTE, but is available only in Black colour variant. It is unclear whether Motorola plans to bring the device other markets like India.
