Dutch consumer electronics maker Philips unveiled a whole new range of well being and health care products, some of which will exclusively be made in India, for India.
From wearable watches to air purifiers, these products will be made down south in Pune and Bangalore, Philips main production bases. These products were launched at the ongoing IFA 2015 in Berlin at the largest consumer electronics fair in Europe.
Among the host of product line introduced by the manufacturer were a heart rate sensor, ear thermometer and wearable health watch all of which will have an app run to make it a more exclusively individual experience for each customer.
To achieve this, Philips has employed around 2,500 more workforce to ensure quick and timely manufacturing and right cautious making of these products.
