Google Kills Adobe Flash
Google finally rings the death knell for Adobe Flash, which has been active since 1996. Though flash was quite disliked, there was not much else to go on. However, now things are bound to change.
In a un-surprising, surprise move, Google has officially frozen Flash Advertising in its browser, and will require the user to click on it to play.
Instead, Google AdWords will optimize for a friendlier and safer format for playback. As HTML5 is gaining popularity as main plugin content for browser support.
