The E- commerce giant Flipkart on Thursday has announced a partnership with Udacity, an online learning company to hire fresh graduates.
The company has decided to hire graduates based on the capabilities they have built through the Udacity’s Nanodegree programs.
Notably, the move shows that how companies like Flipkart are giving opportunities to the young people, who have built their expertise through online education.
The company is breaking away the convectional ways of hiring people. They hired people under their ‘Interview –Less- Hiring’ . This helped them to find talented professionals and also shortened the hiring process.
