The social media giant Facebook on Tuesday extended its reach beyond online socializing and has built an artificial intelligence powered by bots into its Messenger Application.
This will allow businesses to have software engage in life like text exchanges. It was announced at the social network annual developer conference in San Francisco.

Facebook Co- founder Mark Zuckerberg has announced that developers can build bots that would be better than real people at natural language text conversations.
Notably , Bots are software infused with ability to learn from conversations , getting better at figuring out that what people are telling and how best to respond.
