Harvinder scripts history
Harvinder Singh made history as the first Indian para-archer to win a gold medal in the 2024 Paris Paralympics. He secured his second medal at the Paralympics in Paris, increasing his count from his third-place finish three years earlier. Havinder had already achieved a bronze medal in the Tokyo Paralympics.

8 medals are expected today
India secured 24 medals, including 5 golds, 9 silvers, and 10 bronze at the Paris Paralympics 2024 on Tuesday.
Today, on the 8th day of the Paralympics, Indian athletes will participate in para shooting, para judo, para archery, para athletics, and para powerlifting. It is anticipated that 8 medals will be awarded to India’s medal tally today.
Duleep Trophy will start from today
The upcoming Indian domestic season will kick off with the Duleep Trophy 2024, featuring four teams competing for the prestigious trophy. Several well-known individuals will be participating in the tournament, which commences on September 5. Pakistan’s lowest rating
Pakistan dropped to eighth position in the latest ICC Test Rankings after losing a two-match Test series to Bangladesh in Rawalpindi. Pakistan currently holds a rating of 76 points, the lowest they have had since 1965. Bangladesh has never beaten Pakistan in a Test series before this. Despite the political tensions and floods in the country, Bangladesh delivered an inspirational performance.
