The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), in response, has requested that the same hybrid model should be utilized for all ICC and ACC tournaments and is anticipated to avoid traveling to India until 2027.

Pakistan will not travel to India

Pakistan will refrain from visiting India for any ACC or ICC events until 2027. India is set to host the Asia Cup 2025, the Women’s T20 World Cup 2025, and the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. At present, the Men in Green are not anticipated to participate in any games on Indian territory during these tournaments. “At the 2026 men’s T20 World Cup, Pakistan will compete in matches held in Sri Lanka.” “The compensation requested by PCB for the Champions Trophy hybrid model is still being evaluated,” an ICC source as stating.
