A final round of meetings between senior diplomats has started in Bonn, Germany regarding climate and associated controls.
These talks are about giving a final shape to a UN agreement which is to take place in Paris in December between heads of state.
The current document, which is 80 pages long is to be reduced to 20 pages in these talks starting today. The conference is being headed by one doplomat from USA, and another from Algeria.
