The town with a 3 year old mayor
A 3 year old can hardly recite all alphabets from A to Z then imagine a 3 year old being the mayor of a town.
This guy or I shall say kid, ‘’James Tufts’’ unlike all 3 year olds has responsibilities.
He was elected as the mayor when his name was drawn from a hat at the annual food festival.
