Why the place is named after The Devil?
The Bermuda Triangle is a region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean. The Bermuda Triangle is also known as “The Devil’s triangle”. Notably, many planes, ships, have mysteriously vanished away in between this Triangle which touched the corners of Miami, Puerto Reco and Bermuda.

Bermuda Triangle comes under the category of dangerous and mysterious places around the world. Many cases of lost and dissapearance came into light after 1950’s missing case appeared in September 17.
After this, many articles and books has been published. Many people believe that the Triangle is cursed by some bad evil powers, some related it with Aliens and for some it’s a myth.

According to the author of “The Bermuda Triangle Mystery: Solved (1975)” number of planes and ships reported missing in the area was not significantly greater, proportionally speaking, than in any other part of the ocean.
Violent weather conditions in that area between the Triangle is also blamed for the sudden dissappearance of aircrafts and ships. These storms have in the past caused a number of incidents related to the Triangle.
Cases which conclude, Bermuda Triangle as a mysterious Triangle are:
- Far back in 1918, a cargo ship called the USS Cyclops vanished in the region. And no lava of the plane was found which carries the crew of 300 people.
- On December 5, 1945 five US Navy men were disappeared with the crew of 14 people.
- The famous case of Flight 19 is also happened after coming in contact with “The Devil triangle”. Neither their planes nor their crews were ever see again.
