Something for all employees to be overjoyed there is a good reason to run to the canteen for a quick bite or even take a mid-morning tea break.

A survey conducted by Baylor University in Texas is showing it helps later in the day to improve our recovery of energy resources from concentration to motivation.

These better breaks excluding the common office socializing breaks are beneficial for the health and increase job satisfaction as you come back working stronger and fitter.
