Conducted by BizDivas- an organisation that work towards motivating women and increasing women entrepreneurship through best way possible, they never imagined that an idea of such a conference would actually be accepted so well that even big names like Anjali Gopalan (Founder and Excutive Director, Naz Foundation (India) Trust), A. Muruganantham (Social Entrepreneur) also famously known as Menstruation Man of India, Lalitha Kumaramangalam (Chairperson, National Commission of Women), Priti Patkar (Social Worker and Human Rights Activist) and so on, were keen to become a part of this.

As the event progressed, Lalitha Kumar Mangalam, the Chairman of National Commission of Women, briefed the audience about the fact that it’s the who is more responsible than the man for the downfall of the other women and during a panel discussion between Gauri Deshmukh (CHRO BoAML), Samik Basu (CHRO PepsiCo), Ajay Kukreja (CHRO Honeywell), Nisha Verma (COR Vodafone India), Leena Sahijwani (Director, Rewards and Women’s Network Leader GE South Asia), the audience realised that it’s overthinking and self-expectations that lead to dissatisfaction and stress and imbalances your life even more. The event not only had such informative and inspiring discussions but also a session wherein through Anjali Gopalan, the audience got to know how important it is to accept being what we are and how dangerous could it be to pretend. I Inspire 2015, with Navin Gulia, who is physically challenged but quite talented, ended on a note of inspiring the audience for fighting the situations, taking risk, take failure as a part of learning and never to have faith in oneself.
