Happiness has different meanings and definition for all of us. Our life is full of targets, deadlines and stress of course. Shelling out some happy moments out of our hectic life is not a child’s play. Every moment we are in a hurry to plan for our future, chalk out our aims and desires.

Express your emotions: In the world of tough competition and success driven, we have forgotten how to express our self. Rather than suppressing our feelings, we should express our inner self. Don’t be scared of expressing your emotions.
Do more what makes you feel happy: We all are not born with the silver spoon. So, all of us can’t relax all the time. Yes, of course we have pay our bills on time, we have to pay fees our kids but that doesn’t mean we need to stay unhappy. So, do all that makes you happy such as shopping, trekking, playing etc.
Be kind to yourself and to others too: Don’t be over critical, don’t try to judge everything. Be kind to yourself and others too. Be compassionate and do some good deeds whenever you want to experience joy of happiness.
