If corporators have their way, commuters in Mumbai will soon have another reason to travel by the good old BEST buses.
These buses, along with local trains have been the lifeline of Mumbai since decades.
In a move to incentivise youngsters by buses, thereby reducing congestion on roads, Colaba corpartor Sushma Salunkhe has put forth this proposal.
Hopefully the proposal will breeze through, for no other reason, than that most corporators have teenage and college going kids themselves, and will hear no end from them if they refuse!
