Do’s and Don’ts of wearing high heels!
Fashion goals that you need to take smartly!
Well, of course, no girl can live without heels. Short to tall girls, high heels are everyone’s cup of tea. Well, for some it’s a necessity and some wear for their own joy. They are essential to (most) wardrobes, but there is nothing worse than putting together an amazing outfit for a night out, only to be sidelined an hour in because your feet are paining.
It’s the age-old question asked by every shoe-loving woman at one point or another: How to wear high heels without pain. Is it even possible? Well, wearing heels can be quite easy but you need to keep following things in your mind.
1. Make sure you are wearing the right number of shoe: The number one mistake women make would probably be not having the right shoe size for their foot. This is a common mistake we all make. Your foot size changes over the years, even as much as one full size, especially after having kids. So, before buying a shoe with heels measure the size of your feet properly.
2. Educate yourself on foot type: Know your foot type. Try to know whether it’s a flat one of the high arch foot. Wet your foot and step onto a piece of construction paper. When you make an impression, it will show you how much your foot is flattening or how high of an arch you have. You can look at a person’s foot type and see why they are having pain.
3. The thicker the heel, the better it is: Always go for thicker heels ladies. Try to avoid thin heels. They cause your foot to wobble around. Thinner heels can cause a deep pain on your feet.
4. Take breaks: Kick your shoes off throughout the day and stretch your ankles and toes.
5. Stretch your feet after you take your shoes off: If you don’t want to experience the pain always get into a habit of stretching guys. Do a stretching that targets your front of the foot and ankle. Try a stretching that targets the side part as well.
So these are five important points that you should keep in mind when you are wearing heels.
