A NGO in Kerala has come up with a novel idea to honour Late Dr. Abdul Kalam, India’s former President.
The campaing called ‘dearkalamsir’ is intended to create a collection of handwritten postcards honoring him. Submissions about people’s thoughts about Kalam are expected from across the nation. These will gradually be shortlisted.
A final list with printed postacards from these will be published to co-incide with his first death anniversary on July 27, 2016.
