Festive season is already on! And we all love this season, right? A Lot of breaks, shopping, food, family and friends this is all about the festive season of India. Diwali is the festival of lights, the festival of happiness, the festival of togetherness and the festival of MELAS! We bring to you the best of melas happening at Delhi University. 1) Sparsh@JMC College: So, first Diwali mela you can go with your gang in JMC College. It is that time of the year again and JMC is back with their Diwali mela, Sparsh. The event will be lined up with food junctures, amazing & trendy fashion stalls, fun games and remarkable kiosks set up both by students and NGOs alike.

2. Zistatva @ Gargi College: Second option is Gargi. Like every year the NSS Society of Gargi College has come up with their cultural Diwali mela of this year, Zistatva, and it is bound to be good (like always!). It usually includes food and some great foot tapping music is what you will find at this one-day fest. So, grab the opportunity.

3. Suruchi @ Hindu College: You can’t miss Hindu college Diwali Mela.Diwali is all about love and happiness and the Diwali Mela at Hindu College is all this and more! Giving a platform to the blind to make themselves visible, there will be sessions on the hazardous effects of crackers and many more talent showcases.

4. NSS Diwali Mela@ Hansraj College: Going by their annual tradition of hosting Diwali melas, Hansraj has come up with this year’s edition of their exuberant Diwali mela. One can witness a variety of delicious food stalls, games and a lot of other things too.
