Sony & Moto To Compete In Indian Market
Just a day after the launch of Motorola’s ‘Moto X’ in India, Sony has announced its upcoming product ‘Sony Xperia T2 Ultra’, which would be available in market from March 20. Both brands are competing with each other by pin to pin.
These Smartphones by Sony and Motorola are good products with their own values but still there are some major differences between them. Let’s have a look with step by step on both products.
Display
First of all when we talk about the display type, Moto X comes with 4.7” Amoled Capacitive touchscreen display. It offers HD 1280 x 720 Pixels resolutions with corning gorilla glasses to make it safer from damages.
While Sony Xperia T2 Ultra comes with 6.0” IPS LCD Capacitive touchscreen display. It is also offering a resolution of HD 1280 x 720 Pixels.
Moto X offers large pixels density than Xperia T2 Ultra, while Moto X has smaller screen.
Operating System
Sony Xperia T2 Ultra is loaded with Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and is planned to be upgraded to 4.4 (KitKat) while Moto X is already in market with Android 4.4 Kitkat version.
Camera
Moto X has 10 MP rear camera with LED flash and 2 MP front camera. It can record a full HD video of 1080p (1920 x 1080) resolution.
While Sony Xperia T2 Ultra has 13 MP rear camera with pulsed LED flash and 1.1 MP front camera. It also can record full 1080p HD video. The 13-megapixel camera is built with the very same components as Sony’s digital cameras, and features an Exmor RS™ mobile image sensor and HDR for pictures and videos.
Performance
Moto X runs on Dual-core 1.7 GHz Krait processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage and for graphics it comes with Adreno 320, Quad Core Processor.
On the other side Sony Xperia T2 Ultra runs on Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A7 processor with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. Sony offers Adreno 305 processor for graphics performance.
Xperia T2 Ultra memory can be expandable upto 32 GB by microSD card while Moto X memory is non-expandable.Moto X is powered by 2200 mAh battery while Xperia T2 Ultra is powered by 3000 mAh battery.Both phones are compatible on all 2G, 3G and 4G connectivity and ranges are just quite different.
