Samsung to launch Full Metal Body Phones


Samsung has unveiled two new handsets with a premium design as it wants to conquer the market over its Chinese rivals. They want to reclaim their position as the top brand in the smartphone market.


Samsung’s first range of fully metal devices will include the Galaxy A3 and the A5. They will also be one of the thinnest phones in the market.


Samsung has decided to start the sale of Galaxy A3 and A5 in China from mid-November. The phones are classified as mid tier. Prices of Phones are not yet disclosed by the Company.

According to the company, they want to increase product competitiveness by providing different and unique products to its customers.

In size they are comparable to those of top models like Galaxy S5, though screen resolution is not as high in these phones.


Company’s main motive to launch this model was to give stiff competition to Chinese rivals like Xiaomi.


The announcement brought new hopes to the company, and they hope to increase their profits.


According to reports Xiaomi is number three in the global market share and to beat it Samsung has to take many steps like this one.


The world’s smartphone leader Samsung is trying to redefine its market share and profits with a change in their product line, and although it’s not economically viable in the short run, they hope it will help them yield long term profits.

The introduction and rapid expansion of these new Chinese companies is forcing these Giants to wake up and deliver cheaper alternatives to their existing phones.
