The Oberoi, New Delhi witnessed electronics brand Royal Philips (more commonly known as Philips) launching their latest product, Philips Bodygroom, to help every man to maintain hygiene and groom even the hard-to-reach areas. Present at the event were chief guest and brand ambassador, Arjun Kapoor, along with Mr. ADA Ratnam, President, Philips personal health and Mr. Anurita Chopra, Director, Marketing and personal health.

The product was unveiled and is indeed a must have grooming tool for every man out there. The Philips Body Groomer is 100% waterproof for easy use and dry shaving. It has 1 comb, 3mm trim and comes with a 50 minute charge with an eight hour use. It also comes with a charging stand and has a 2 year guarantee period. The trimmer blade design is magnificent. It will not hurt, scratch or abrade the skin. The tool is supposed to be a one stop solution for all the issues that men faced while they struggled to keep it clean below and the neck and down south. Ms. Anurita Chopra said, “It’s a great opportunity for our company to speak on a topic like body grooming among men which is a taboo in the country. Speaking on the occasion was also Mr. ADA Ratnam. He said, “All of us may not agree on this, but it’s to be neat and clean is an unsaid need that the Indian man has realised. My son is 19 years old and he is a fan of Arjun Kapoor from ‘2states’ which had the actor purely clean shaven and well groomed. So other boys like my son are in that age where they don’t have proper solutions to their hygiene problems and when I spoke to him and his friends about the product that we have come up with, they all were very excited about it.”
