Mars Trek- a visual treat of Red Planet!

NASA, has unveiled two online tools, which provide detailed visualization of the red planet Mars.

This allows one to journey along with the rover on its Martian expeditions. These online tools have been released on the occasion of the third Anniversary of “Curiosity Rover’s”, Mars landing.

The launch this online tool by NASA aims at opening the mysterious terrain of the Mars to a new- generation of explorers.

A free, web based application that provides high quality, detailed visualization of the planet using real data from 50 years of NASA Exploration is named Mars Trek.

A great help indeed for astronomers, citizen scientists and students to study the red planet’s features.
