India will launch it’s first science satellite – Astrosat on Monday, sep 28. The sattelite is being carried along with 6 other satellites. These are foreign satellites, being carried for a fee.
The launch process, which takes 50 hours, has already begun. Astrosat, which is a dedicated space observatory, will be used to observe the Universe, and aid in it’s understanding.
