Lack of stem cells causes multiple miscarriages in women: Study
Researchers have discovered that a lack of stem cells in womb lining causes thousands of women to suffer from recurrent miscarriages.
Researcher Jan Brosens , professor at University of Warwick in England said that they have discovered the lining of the womb in the recurrent miscarriage patients is already defective before pregnancy.
The researchers gave the report by examining tissue samples, donated by 183 women. The team of the researchers found that an epigenetic signature, which is typical of stem cells was absent in the women, who suffered multiple miscarriages.
