Not satisfied with Earth, Facebook is now about to conquer the skies. The social networking site has tied up with French Eutelsat to launch it’s first satellite in 2016.
The satellite, which is going to be geostationary, will hover over Africa, providing internet connectivity to it’s remotest habitations. Zukerberg said, “We’re going to keep working to connect the entire world – even if that means looking beyond our planet.”
