On this date, 137 years, in the year 1879 a great mind was born. This man not only contributed the most to science, he defined most of it. Most of what we know today and are studying today in physics, is the work of Albert Einstein.
The small boy who couldn’t speak till he was four and whose teachers thought that he would “never amount to much” were all proved wrong in the years that followed.
His general theory of relativity is the most prominent part of physics. E =mc2, the contribution of Einstein is the most famous equation.
He also received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921. Today is Einstein’s 137th birthday and we salute this genius for his work.
