  6. Add marinated mutton and cook until it’s browned.
  7. Pour in enough water to cover the mutton, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the mutton is tender.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala, adjust the salt, and cook for a few more minutes until the curry reaches the desired consistency.
