Step-by-Step Instructions:

2. Blend the Ingredients: Add the rest of the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, and sugar to a blender. Mix until it becomes fine and smooth in texture.
3. Dissolve the Gelatin: They added warm water in a small bowl and then dissolved the gelatin in the cold water. It should be allowed to stand for a few minutes in order to ‘rise’. Then, microwave it for about ten to fifteen seconds or until dissolved completely into the broth.
4. Combine and Chill: Pour the dissolved gelatin in the mango-coconut mixture inside the blender. Mix for another few seconds to ensure that all the ingredients are incorporated well in the mixture.
5. Pour into Molds: Empty the mixture into individual dessert moulds or a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm to touch to ensure that the gelatine sets properly and the fruits do not become too soft.
