To make moth dal, first, boil moth dal and soak them in water and then ground it coarsely Now mix 1 cup wheat flour, 1 grated carrot, 1 chopped mint leaves, ½ teaspoon baking powder and required spices. Spread into parathas and then fry until they are a nice golden color on each side, use more ghee for the crunch.
