What ingredients do you need?
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Bread (White or Brown) of your choice
- ½ cup tahini sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs like rosemary, parsley, mint
- Red pepper or chill flakes (optional)
- Olive oil (optional)

How to make the cucumber tahini sandwich?
- Combine the thinly sliced cucumber with tahini sauce, salt, pepper, and finely chopped rosemary, parsley, and mint. Mix well until you have a smooth consistency
- To this add lemon juice according to your taste
- Optionally, add a few drops of olive oil and chill flakes as well. This will definitely accentuate the taste of the sandwich but is optional
- Spread this paste on two layers of bread and pack it
- Cut the bread into small four slices so that it is an easy-to-eat and pick-up snack
- For extra richness, you can also drizzle a little olive oil over the cucumber slices in the bread before serving

Tahini sauce is extremely versatile and can be used for salad dressing, as a dip or sandwich spread. To make this all you need is sesame paste, water, lemon juice, and fresh garlic.
