The Supreme Court on Wednesday cl gave permission to all the dance bars in Mumbai to resume their business. The court has cleared all the decks on issuance of the dance bar licenses to hotels and restaurants.
It has modified the conditions for permit and has excluded installation of CCTV from the hotels.
According to report, the court has given three days time to the owners of the hotels and restaurants to comply with modified conditions, and would issue license in 10 days and thereafter.
Some petitioner said that some of the conditions being imposed on the grant of license were unreasonable and after that this decision came.
