Currently in the capital, the second phase of odd –even scheme is going on, which is supposed to end on April 30th. The MP’s had earlier demanded an exemption from odd – rule and said that it disrupts their work.
For the convenience of MP’s, the Delhi government deployed special buses for them but according to the BJP MP, Ram Prasad Sharma that the scheme caused inconvenience to him and in order to protest against scheme, he took a horse ride to reach parliament.

He even labeled the horse ‘Pollution Free Vehicle’. Well his strange act has again started political war of statements. The opposition is saying that this is just the way of getting publicity.
