The growing dissatisfaction is also linked to concerns about the party’s preparations for the upcoming election. Many MPs feel that under PM Trudeau’s leadership, the Liberals are not well-positioned to win. Fearing a massive defeat, the MPs are now pressing for a leadership change.

As PM Trudeau faces increasing pressure, all eyes are on his decision in the coming days. The future of his leadership and the Liberal Party’s prospects in the next election may soon be determined.
