Telangana’s several parts have received heavy rain and thundershower during the past 24 hours; this was after a low-pressure area formed over the Bay of Bengal.
Ibrahimpatnam in Ranga Reddy district has received 7.2 centimetres of rainfall and the Koida in Khammam district also received 17.6 centimetres during the past 24 hours.
Moreover, Hyderabad continued to receive the monsoon showers till last evening.
Heavy Rains in several parts of Telangana
Also many areas in the state capital has witnessed sudden downpour along with lightening, which also caused water logging at several places.
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s emergency teams has to work to clear the water logging caused due to rains till late last night.
Moreover, the Met officials have mentioned that several parts in Telangana are most probably going to witness very heavy rains in the next four days.
