Gandhi Jayanti: Have you yet not realized the Power of ‘Gandhigiri’? :- Gandhi Jayanti is a national festival, which is celebrated all across the nation to mark the birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi better known as Father of the Nation. October 2nd, 2016 will mark his 147th birth anniversary. He was born on October 2, 1869.

He made headlines

Notably he made a lot of headlines last year, but the news was not at all good. It was difficult to imagine that hashtags such as #GandhimustComeDown would be doing the rounds cyberworld and were trending in the continent that made Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi the Mahatma: Africa.

But then, he has contributed a lot to our society and today we will remember all those good deeds he has done for our society.

Bapu has drawn a lot of praise all across the world and his birth anniversary is celebrated as International Day of Non – Violence.
